You will be paid 25% of the case value received by Private Office upon completion of the transaction. We appreciate that money motivates, therefore for key partners we offer an enhanced percentage. We think it is one of the biggest in the business and it is deliberately so.

A fee of up to 1.0% of the mortgage amount may be charged depending on individual circumstances. The exact fee charged will depend on the amount of work undertaken. Of this, an administrative fee of £495 is payable on application, with 50% of the remaining fee due on offer, and the balance due on completion. Fees are non-refundable.
