What Shelter do

Home is a human right. It’s our foundation and it’s where we thrive. Yet, every day millions of people are being devastated by the housing emergency.

As a responsible organisation with a vested interest in the community, Fitch & Fitch have selected Shelter as our chosen charity, who exist to defend the right to a safe home. Because home is everything.

The housing emergency

Locally

Shelter advice and support services offer one-to-one, personalised help with housing issues and homelessness.

Over the phone

Shelter free emergency helpline is open 365 days a year to answer calls from anyone struggling with a housing issue or homelessness.

Legal

Shelter solicitors provide free legal advice and attend court to help people who’ve lost their homes or are facing eviction.

A good cause

To help raise awareness and funds for this worthy cause, Fitch & Fitch staff will organise and participate in a number of fundraising activities and events.

Fundraising events are a vital way of supporting Shelter wider work. That’s why Shelter organise as many different types of fundraisers as possible.

Want to run a marathon? Cycle 100 miles? Watch stand up comedy or live music? Climb a skyscraper? You can do all these things for Shelter and more.
